Anyone who, as an employer, wants to employ foreign employees (highly skilled migrants / researchers / expats) to and/or posting in The Netherlands must be recognized as a sponsor by the Dutch immigration service (IND).
As a recognised sponsor, the organization must demonstrate continuity and solvency by means of a business plan. Such business plans that are geared to the assessment system of the IND. AAme Accountants can write your business plan in collaboration with you.
This must show that one is a reliable partner for the IND.
Posting of personnel
In addition, a company engaged in the provision of labor (posting of personnel) or payrolling, as referred to in Article 1, opening words and under c and d, of the Workforce Allocation by Intermediaries Act is only recognized as a sponsor if the company is included in the register of the Foundation work standard (SNA). The SNA registration is achieved with positive NEN audits.
