In December and January, everyone is often busy with the end of the year. This busyness can mean that switching to a different payroll software package is “done on the side”, so it doesn’t get the focus and priority it should have. Switching during the wage year

If you choose to start using AAme Salarisadviseurs as your new payroll advisor during a payroll year, there are a number of options:

• We import the entire payroll administration into our payroll software package. While your employees are paid using the current payroll software package, we will run a “shadow run”. This means that payslips are generated in both packages so that we can compare them. The administration can also be transferred in phases, if desired.
• You cancel your old payroll software package. We import the entire payroll administration, set up the payroll administration completely and start paying salaries immediately. We can run past payslips retroactively, so that the cumulative amounts are visible.
