The insurance obligation of the DMS is a subject an adviser deals with on a daily basis. An incorrect judgement may very well have huge financial consequences in the form of additional premiums for employee insurances by the Dutch tax office. It is also possible that premiums have been paid, but the DMS will not receive a payment from the UWV (institute for employeeâs insurances).
