Continuous authorisation income tax
As of 1 September 2021 AAme Accountants and Tax Advisers is able to obtain a continuous authorisation for the VIA (Pre-filled informationTax Return) and SBA (Service Messages Assessment) income tax. Due to this continuous authorisation, annual recurring paperwork from the Dutch Tax office can be avoided.
How does this work?
Upon our request for your continuous authorisation, you will receive a letter from the Dutch Tax Office with the subject âRegistratie doorlopende machtiging intermediair goedkeurenâ (translation: âApprove intermediary continuous authorisation registrationâ) containing, among other things, an activation code. In this letter, the Dutch tax office provides general information about the continuous authorisation and explains how the authorisation can be activated.
You can activate the standing order yourself by filling in the form below. In doing so, please follow the instructions. If you prefer us to take care of the activation, please send the form to us by post or e-mail. You will find our address on the letter from the tax office. Email us at tax@aame.nl.
Please note!
The activation code is valid for a limited time! So make sure to activate the code in time. You can find the activation deadline on the form âRegistratie machtiging intermediair goedkeurenâ.
Revocation of standing order
Once activated, you can ask us to withdraw your continuous authorisation by sending an e-mail to tax@aame.nl.

Please use the form “Approve intermediary registration authorisation” that you received from the Belastingdienst (Dutch tax office).
