Rochard was born in Rotterdam. He obtained his MBO diploma Financial Administrative Assistant at the Albeda College in Rotterdam. After obtaining his diploma, he worked for one year at a small accountancy firm in Rotterdam as a financial employee.

Since the beginning of 2021 Rochard is working at AAme as an administrator. Here Rochard is co-responsible for the internal administration of AAme. Besides his job at AAme, he has the ambition to obtain his HBO Accountancy degree in the future.
