Stefan graduated in labour law in 2019 and gained work experience in many different places in a short time. First through short projects at large organisations such as the Ministry of the Internal Affairs and the ABN Amro, and then by working at a foundation that provided services for trade unions. There, Stefan worked as a labour lawyer with an eye for practice, and as a collective bargaining agent he managed to conclude a new collective labour agreement.
